Caramelised Red Onion Relish

Spiced Aubergine Chutney

Generously spiced and made with home brewed vinegar. Serve with curry, cheese or barbecued food, great with burgers!

Ingredients : Aubergine, coriander seed, fennel seed, cinnamon, cloves, chili, mustard seed, cumin seed, sunflower oil, onion, ginger, garlic, turmeric, curry leaf, muscovado sugar, apple cider vinegar, Bonairean sea salt.

Keeps sealed & refrigerated for 6 to 8 months. After opening eat me within 2 months

Caramelised Red Onion Relish

Slow-cooked to intensify the flavors, this relish is a delightful base for a goats cheese tart or as a sandwich filling. A real British favourite that sits really well on a cheese platter.

Ingredients : Red onion, muscovado sugar, chili, apple, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, bay leaf, lime, black pepper.

Hot Chili Confit

One for the spice addicts – a little goes a long way! Packed with our own homegrown chilies and blended with tomatoes, vinegar and spices to make a super smooth confit/jam. Goes with absolutely everything!

Ingredients : Vine tomatoes, chili, garlic, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, tamarind, five-spice powder, olive oil, salt, pepper.

Fig Chutney

Figs, apples, spices, a little muscovado sugar and our own kombucha vinegar combine in this delicious preserve. Serve on your cheese board or next to the BBQ. Another favourite!

Ingredients : Figs, apples, onions, cinnamon, mixed spice, ground ginger, chili, garlic, olive oil, bay leaves, brown sugar, kombucha vinegar, salt.

Indian Mango Chutney

Fresh mangoes combine with Indian spices in this sweet and fragrant pickle. Great for chips & dips, on your cheeseboard or with a spicy dinner.

Ingredients : Mangoes, sugar, white wine vinegar, vegetable oil, fresh ginger, garlic, red chilli, nigella seeds, coriander, cumin, turmeric, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, salt.
