Caribbean Rum Marmalade

Caribbean Dark Rum combines with a citrus marmalade to create a real grown up delight.

Ginger Apple Jam

This is a marriage of fresh ginger, stem ginger and apples with the ginger as the star performer, enriching the apple flavor in this versatile jam. Very tropical and deliciously spicy.

Ingredients : Apple, ginger, stem ginger, lemon, sugar, water.

Chai Plum Conserve

Subtle, warm chai flavors are infused into this punchy plum conserve. Brings back memories of mulled wine and Christmas. Try with freshly baked scones, on your morning toast or stirred into creamy yoghurt or oatmeal.

Pineapple & Cracked Pepper Jam

Fresh pineapple combined with a gentle hint of cracked black pepper makes a sophisticated jam ideal on toast, scones, stirred into yoghurt or dolloped on top of ice cream.
