Kimchi

Vegan, sugar-free and naturally fermented over several weeks. This traditional-style kimchi is generously spiced for a tangy bite. Perfect as a side dish with meat or fish and particularly delicious in a cheese toastie.

Ingredients: Napa cabbage, daikon, carrot, Korean chili powder, Bonairean sea salt, ginger, garlic, shallot, onion.

Keeps sealed & refrigerated for 6 to 8 months. Once opened eat me within 4 to 6 weeks.

Turmeric Wimpchi

Vegan, sugar-free and naturally fermented over several weeks. This is a traditional kimchi without the chili heat, keeping all other flavors to offer a flavorsome white kimchi. Perfect as a side dish with meat or fish, in a stir fry or as a sandwich garnish.

Ingredients : Napa cabbage, daikon, carrot, Bonairean sea salt, turmeric, ginger, garlic, shallot, onion, anise seed.

Keeps sealed & refrigerated for 6 to 8 months. Once opened eat me within 4 to 6 weeks.

Pesto

Locally grown basil in a marriage with toasted pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and parmesan combining as a delicious and versatile pesto.

Ingredients : Bonairean grown basil, toasted pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, garlic and parmesan.

Keeps sealed & refrigerated for up to a month. After opening eat me within 2 weeks
