Bonaire reared cucumbers get the grown up treatment with an infusion of gin, lime, mint and juniper berries. Ideal with a burger or as a garnish to a gin martini.
Ingredients : Cucumber, shallot, white wine vinegar, sugar, botanical gin, sea salt, lime, chili, juniper berries, mint.
Keeps sealed & refrigerated for up to 6 months. Once opened eat within 4 weeks.
